Stephanie Cramer is the founder and CEO of Ladder Insights and a real-world evidence leader with fifteen years in Washington, DC healthcare. She works with executives, boards, founders and investors to fix the market failures that keep good healthcare solutions from reaching patients.
Her career includes Area Vice President, Real World Evidence at Komodo Health and commercial growth leadership at Holmusk, after building her career in Washington, DC at The Advisory Board Company, Avalere Health, Premier Inc. and DrFirst. She has delivered more than $90 million in career sales and holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
